- Review locations and permissions. Send locations and shots for airspace, access and permission review.
- Choose the crew. Choose a single operator or separate pilot and camera operator. Confirm quote inclusions.
- Check availability. Call Jim or request a First Hold while you finalize your schedule. A first hold is tentative until reviewed; a confirmed booking is a separate step.
