Production requests and print orders
When you submit a first-hold request or print order, the website saves the contact information and project or order details you provide. Print orders may include an optional delivery address. Area 51 Drones uses these details to review your request, contact you and arrange the work or order.
Social-media inquiries
If you submit a production inquiry through an Area 51 Drones form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes the information under its own privacy practices and makes your submitted contact and project details available to Area 51 Drones. Jim uses those details to respond to your inquiry and plan the requested work. A social-media inquiry does not reserve dates or confirm a booking. These inquiries are managed separately from the website’s first-hold calendar unless a hold is arranged with Jim.
Who can access your details
Customer records are available through an owner-only management page. The public calendar shows accepted holds and bookings without customer names or project details. Hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the website. Owner sign-in is handled through ChatGPT.
Campaign information
If you arrive through a tagged marketing link, the site keeps campaign labels in your browser tab’s session storage. A first-hold submission may include those labels, its landing-page path and your optional answer to “How did you find us?” This helps Area 51 Drones understand which marketing brings production inquiries. Campaign labels are cleared when the browser session ends. They do not contain information you enter in the contact form.
The site currently has no Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tag or Meta advertising pixel connected. Page actions may be placed in a local event queue for future measurement setup; the website does not currently send that queue to an advertising service. This notice will be updated when measurement tools are connected.
Security and request records
The forms use validation, duplicate-submission protection and rate limits. A hashed network identifier and submission timestamps are stored to help limit abusive requests. Information may also be processed in hosting security logs. Records remain stored to support handling the request or order; automatic deletion is not currently configured.
Video playback
Demo Reels includes embedded YouTube and Vimeo players. These providers process playback and connection information under their own privacy practices. You can also open each video directly on its hosting platform.
Payments and external websites
No card payment is taken through the print-order page. Payment arrangements are made directly. Links to ProductionHUB, DJI and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
